On March 22, 2018, Americans Institute of Coordination LTD was officially launched by the filing of Articles of Incorporation as a 501(c)(3) corporation with the Idaho Secretary of State. Incorporators Fred Kelly Grant, James Quintana and Gerald Strober stated the purpose of the corporation to be to provide “educational programs to teach and implement conflict resolution for local governments and the public through the statutory coordination process.”

The Institute will be corporate home to a School which provides in-house training in the coordination process which allows local governments an even place at the negotiation table with federal regulatory agencies, and workshops in the field for elected officials and the public. It will also house a law firm of skilled lawyers able to represent local interests against otherwise overpowering national regulators, and a communications division that provides information links valuable to the public.

This website is digital home to the Institute and soon to come will be PRIMA FACIE, a newspaper that is the print voice of the Institute.
